Wednesday Q&A sessionHello fellow Verde shareholders,
Big day for Mr. Veloso on Wednesday.
I would suggest that his conduct and behaviour during the presentation and the way in which he addresses meaningful questions from shareholders wil be a watershed moment for the Verde stock price. A good performance, unsullied by ego or disrespectful comments, transparently addressing some of the elephants in the room while acknowledging the outstanding top line, primarily market driven, results will go a long way in pushing the stock over $2 per share, and keeping it growing above that critical benchmark.
A repeat of past quarterly sessions will, I fear, drive a repeat of last April to July, where the $1.97 high achieved in March (too early in my estimation) was soon abandoned with the shares falling all the way back to 90 cents. Not that I wasn't happy to pick up additional shares during that timeframe (as did some other long term shareholders), but going forward I would prefer not to offer the Board a chance to issue long term stock options at prices below the $2 range we are heading towards today.
Cheers,
S.
