RE:Land is King & Kelt Has Wealth of it

RE:Land is King & Kelt Has Wealth of itthere is plenty of land for goodness sakes.  More land than will be drilled for a decade and more.  Further maybe kelt and crew are the only two YOU know but aav and pipe and bir and pey and others have plenty of drillable Monteny.  not just the two ones you know about.  you see this land you think is king, well, if it is not drilled you lose it and it is up for sale again, in bad times lots of land is not drilled to maintain ownership.  there is no shortage of  montney land at this time, it runs for hundreds of miles and has so many drillable locations, no shortage at all.

Crew is a funny one, gifted all the best land when they were spun out.  they could never grow much and sold land year after year just to keep operating, a really poor choice.Crew is always running at max leverage and one time will be cauight offside and the sudden rise of commodity prices might not save them that time like it did this time,. had all the best land in all the best plays they had but could not make money so they sold land year after year.

seems you do not appreciate how large the montney is.  Oak is out there, a ways from processing.  Wembley is smack i the middle of lots of infrasruture so is of higher value, it is proven far beyond the dozens or so wells at Oak.

sure oak might be good, maybe great, too early to tell as hge parts is not drilled but the land out there is not of the same value as say, at wembley becuzz of both processing options and proven productivity
