not for the plant you say

not for the plant you sayif that were so pablo why not spin it off to a mid streamers to reduce the cost of the land you think is the target?  to own the plant is to control costs increase cf and own your destiny.  to not own it is to increase costs lower returns and put control of your gas in another hands.  then you have to commit to volumes thru others plants so you need to drill in that area to fullfill the take or pay.  the take or pay that can cause grief and actually sink some companys or for sure force them to drill an area to keep volumes up to meet the committed volumes thru the plant.  nope, control is where you want to be..

. I know when kel decides to build a plant, you will all trumpet that is the right plan, like buttering both sides of your toast, right?
