Vanstar Mining’s Nelligan gold project joint venture with IAMGOLD (25% VSR/75% IMG), located 60 kilometres SW of Chibougamau, Quebec. Vanstar retains 25% undivided non-contributory carried interest until commercial production. Nelligan is one of Quebec’s largest gold projects containing approximately 5.6 Moz of gold. Vanstar has signed an LOI with IAMGOLD to acquire a 75% interest in their Bousquet-Odyno property. The project is 6km from IAMGOLD’S Westwood mine.

RE:RE:way outAll good points.  VSR has hitched its wagon to IMG for better or worse.  Its beyond
frustrating,  however I still think the payoff will be worth it in the end.   Imagine the day when IMG is left with no option but to make an offer.   Could have a 10M oz 
deposit that they want to put into production and they simply can't allow this dog
to cling on their back any longer. 

VSR comes out with a huge payday and shareholders have option to cash in their chips or let it ride in a cashed up gold company ready for deals.  Thats my long term
thinking but there's always the chance that something may occur in the short term.
They do have an interest in a valuable asset that somebody may find attractive no
matter how many shares keep coming out to put a clamp on it.
