Low log costs and high lumber prices make Interfor's acquisition move very promising: Raymond James's Swetlishoff

Daryl Swetlishoff, head of research at Raymond James, talks about Interfor's acquisition of Eacom Timber for $490 million to grow the company's production footprint in eastern Canada. He says that he likes this deal sees it as a strategic move for the company's growth plan. Swetlishoff notes the flood issues and current factors impacting the lumber market in British Columbia and where he sees prices going from here.
