I believe that there was some speculation that distributions were going to be increased, partly if not fully back to prerpandemic levels. When the quarterly results were released and no change was made to the distribution some selling has resulted.
I also belive that the indication that they are moving to be more of an industrial play indicates that there is far less chance that the distribution will be increased in the short term.
