The Team

The Team

I was reading Chico's post and agree with him.

think that in order to build a company one does need the team and in my mind the team is the most important part. You can have a great mining claim and lots of cash and still mess it up if you don't have the right team.

With that thought in mind I am wondering why that team allowed this company to be even close to the situation it is in now. Why are we in a situation where claim fees were paid at the very last minute? If the team was diligent we would not be in this situation in the first place.

I had a quick look on the government web site and the General Manager of Macusani Yellowcake is a guy named Ulises Solis. Macusani is a subsidiary of American Lithium and is the owner of the claims under dispute. Ulises Solis also spears to be the general manager of more than half a dozen other companies in Peru. So my question would be is this why the claim fees were paid at the last minute, ie the general manager is too busy running his other businesses.

I am going to do some more googling today to find out more the local team in Peru.
