The Company has a 100% leasehold interest in the exploration and development stage Copperstone Project, which encompasses approximately 12,258 acres of surface area and mineral rights in La Paz County, Arizona, within a 50 square kilometer land package. It controls over 546 federal unpatented mining claims and two Arizona state mineral leases which together comprise the Copperstone Project area. The federal claims cover approximately 10,920 acres. It also holds other investments and projects at various stages of development.

RE:RE:Update.Strike, the 250k oz on leach pad left there by viceroy when mine closed is real enough (from the operators' records) and was in the earlier PEA- they never managed to get the finance to get the mine restarted.  

As for Sprott, most of his investments were with the promise of 3 Aces..
