Those who cling to ANY hope of legalization under this administration are not looking at the reality of the situation. Furthermore, this easily pushes things back to where Dems will lose control of the Senate this Spring and then NOTHING will happen to help move this forward. Essentially, it's now dead, and will be for years to come. It's over folks. Last one out turn off the lights.
