I'd like to invest in choice properties near the end of January if the share price is good at that time. I'm coming into some money around then.
I was told to invest wisely so I figured CHP.UN is a safe bet, it's got a good yield and recession proof renters. What am I missing?

Any advice is appreciated, I'm new to investing in REIT's
