RE:Latest NRRuudinFrance wrote: Sent to: inquiries@dfking.com. but I don't think it will do us much good. Dear Sir/Madam,
as a beneficiary shareholder of 80K shares NLC and representing my (grand-) children for another 45K shares, I would like to advice that my broker Saxobank of Denmark, Dutch account XXXXXXXEUR has not provided us with the possibility to vote in the forthcoming meeting.
We are rather desperate to vote against the main proposal.
Saxobank was asked, on 23 november, to provide the possibility to vote in this shareholder meeting. No response has been received.
I expressed my concern to Saxobank on 1 december that they had sold our proxies to a third party. No response on this accusation either.
What other ways are open to us to vote the shares the way we would like?
Hoping you may find a solution,
with best regards, Ruud
And their extremely fast response:
Hello Mr. Hommel,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your query. Saxobank has been provided with the voting authority for all clients holding Neo Lithium shares as of record date. Broadridge has been provided shareholder information and has issued control numbers to each record date holder. Saxobank would have a copy of the control number that was assigned to you as long as you held your shares on November 8th, 2021 (the record date). You should be able to reach out to your client service representative or ask them to contact their proxy department to obtain your control number to vote. I am also attaching the template Voting Information Form from Broadridge but this must be submitted in accordance to the instructions provided to you by Saxobank.
If you sold your shares prior to this record date, you would not be eligible to vote.
Please let me know if you have any further questions.
Best regards,

So, what's your game, Saxobank?
