RE:RE:RE:RE:Signs Memorandum of Cooperation for a Major Potash DepositTG - maybe this the beginning of something good for Stans investors.
However, remember that Stans has been let down in the past re., Russian project licenses they thought were held by potential partnering companies only to find this was not the case.
Unfortunately, the release does not provide much information on said 'TradePromService' and this is presentation of technical information and indicates no permit verification, which all needs to be undertaken.
Also, Stans is basically Bk so who will provide the cash for NI 43-101 up to a BFS is unclear? Third party financiers will want absolute permit verfication.
Further, Boris has no option but to take future shares if he is to have a chance of ever recouping years of deferred salary. For him, this is not a case case of confidence but rather monetary recouping.
Again, this could be the beginning of a good move for Stans but there are a lot of questions to be answered. The AGM would be the place to target very precise questions to managment.
Further, a small swing in the sp in 2021-22 may allow some investors to move on.
