This is completely normal. The only profound change that has happened at Bombardiers is the change in leadership. The general public has no idea how to evaluate if a CEO is good or not and certainly do not realize how good Eric Martel is. Its only much later that they will find out. Life is like that. Unless you have a trained eye, you don't know if your mechanic, horse trainer, farmer, etc etc etc is good or not. You can bet your boots Gulfstream, Textron and Dassault Aviation know how good Martel is.
