Well Fergus :Just keep a (keen eye) on things here, as they unfold into 2022 . --- As I have envisioned, Fidelity could be very close to a full position for the incomming partner ?, as I have suspected all along . That partner was dissected to the max , and incomming ,with the exact knowledge of Dyment ,who incidently ,has been masterfull in (1) getting his partner ,(2) getting the position with current market shares. No Dilution for shareholders , , and he knows exactly where 8.84 mil shares are located,with his partner. ----- Our corporate activity has allowed me to see the need going forward. ------- (1) We have the PaaS smart city option, and continuing software enhancements that will prove indespensible to transit operators going forward. . (2) We have ''Clairty'',which is a great tool for larger operators to allow them to totally control their operations with ease and efficiency. (3) We have ''Protector'', that is the prefferd package for the general, rank and file operators,predomentally in the school operator space ,enhancing their their efficiencies to the '' MAX''.---There are MANY more intiatives on the table going forward. --NOBODY: Has this level of quality offerinings,all packed to meet the needs of whoever may be the client. ------- ADD this ALL up: It cannot be sold and initiated to the hundreds and hundreds of buyers, BY ONE MAN. . (We have to get a partner) , and they are on the way. ---Tax loss selling after a very frustrating last half of year ,has a few weeks left . THEN: Watch out. --- Its just not possible to have this overall quality in a very small company without some fireworks. -----
