BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

I am not going to lie, this is by far the BEST summary of DD I have seen anywhere online. I hope you don't mind I have shared a link with your username to your perfect write up on our HEXO Corp Reddit page.

I don't know who you are. I don't know what you want. If you are looking for ransom I can tell you I don't have money because I invested it all in HEXO, but what I do have are a very particular set of skills. Skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a delight for people like you. If you tell me "stop now you weirdo", that'll be the end of it. I will not look for your DD, I will not pursue your beautiful mind, but if you don't, I will look for your posts, I will find you and I will whisper you sweet nothings.
