RE:RE:RE:Thoughts on best US Uranium companies UEX might merge with?The more I think about it, the less I think a buyout of UEX by Denison is likely. I think it would be too expensive for DML, the offer would prompt Cameco and other majors to jump in. 

What I do see eventually happening is once the JCU liability can get worked out (its $30 million based on a royalty of cashflows from projects until 2030, expect to be settled for a fraction of that amount), UEX sells the 5% of Wheeler to DML and either gets a boatload of cash or exchanges for the 50% of all other JCU projects and they just dissolve the JV. 

Denison has built its market cap marketing the hell out of Wheeler River, saying they own 100% would be a big win and the rest of JCU is a distraction in their portfolio.
