Four points to focus on (noted a difficult year - but still saw good growth)
1. Significant improvement in sales funnel. To date, over $100 million dollar mark (PaaS)
2. Expanded US staff for incoming deals. Gatekeeper USA.
3. Expanded R&D with focus on AI (more talk about the data) - ALE product, good example of what they are doing with AI
4. Secured approximately $10 million in inventory given microchip shortage, done so on favourable terms
Bullish on work being done by sales team. Projects are delayed, we still believe inventory should be secured to anticipate growth.
Thinks at the moment we have a compelling valuation. Highly optimistic about growth potential here.
PaaS Strategy: Free software application to get them in the ecosystem. Then come in with other applications they can charge for.
Examples: Event-driven video capture, alarm system for driver to snip footage
ALE: Heavily engaged in developing the algorithm, big opportunity.
ITSS: Opportunity to help with a bigger play in the future given it has facial recognition
SEPTA: Community partner. On-record with saying they will do a technology refresh and they are the technology partner. NFI order acknowledged. Significant revenue.
Black-Box: Couple opportunites in the sales funnel right now. Thinks they will be a big player in this space
School-Bus: EV initiatives, potential for 4-500k school buses be replaced.
TIMS:
Clarity: Example of open-ended strategy, enhance PaaS. Offer software applications that monetize the data.
PaaS: More products coming soon
Infrastructure Bill: Never seen so much funding from Government for transit and K-12. PaaS, multiple product lines for both these market places
Overview of Financials: Right now is a good buying opportunity, as it relates to market cap. Still no long term debt. Around $10 mil commited to inventory.
Directors: Colin - US listing experience. Building business on venture exchange, but as we grow they are likely going to be on a different exchange. Corey - good K-12 experience
