Hi everyone,

I'm just writing because over the past few months, the attitude on this company being put forward on a number of online message boards has really taken a turn. Of course, I'm talking about non-institutional investors, random people like me who have bought in to CRE over the past few years.  I understand we are not your priority since the total $ we control is probably negligible in the grand scheme of things but it's been awful to go from enjoying reading up on this company every day to just feeling like I'm being played by the banks every time I log on. The two main boards I check up on have gone from a place of 90-95% excitement to almost complete frustration. (Frustration in this case being based off timelines taking a bit longer than we expected and seeing many other less developed lithium plays in the green while we seem to live in the red/neutral territory.)  I understand that if you go back a year or two, we're up substantially and I thank you for that. I also understand it's a long game and I remain excited about the long-term future.. I just mean being down from where we were 6 Months ago, pretty much the same from 3 Months, down from 1 Month..

One subject that comes up quite a bit is wanting to hear something encouraging or something at all from the new IR position. Again, not expecting to have personal outreach to every small investor that sends in a message and I get that the "Investors" in the 'Investor Relations' title really means something like 'Bank Relations' but is there anything you could say to us little guys who are starting to feel discouraged by the past few months?

Any answer would be appreciated.. I know we're not throwing around Billions but surely the "public rep" among smaller investors is worth something?  It would help to even just get a "message received"... talk on the boards is that numerous people have reached out and have never heard anything back.

Thank you for your time,
