Actually a very awkward and rushed presentation (11 minutes 14 seconds ) that was delivered by Matt Sellers , IR I believe.
Technical problems and no Ceo who was traveling somewhere ; have to believe there was a connectivity problem that they could not solve .
Don't waste the time - look at the presentation online.
