RE:Hate to admit it, but ARX has been a total dog. Though I was vilified for this post "why do you hold it if its' a dog"..
But it is, I see upside potential, but sheez, it's been a total dog.. did not expect that Dec 11th Arc would be trading at $11.40 / share, at least $16 if not $20/share.
Yes, Arc has been a dog, don't know what the problem is here, great assets & $500M in FCF, beat Tourmaline in FCF for Q3 and will do the same over the next few quarters if C5 stays strong.. so why such a big discount to TOU and other names ?
Debt isn't high on an absolute basis, ratios are decent.. if it wasn't for ARC buying back their own shares via NCB, who would be buying the shares? We'd be back at $7 again.
So yes, it's been a total dog & I'll continue to hold to see how it plays out. Dog or no dog.
Queue the haters, aka fellow bagholders on this name.

Never really participated in the big Oil run up, all these lofty $18+ price targets, yet the stock is $11.60 even with Oil well over $70 now..
What is it going to take ?
#1 they should NOT have cut their dividend.. funds / income investors do not like that.. and their yield is presently very low, too low. 3.5%?
Please dont' say "Arc was an $8 stock several months ago, no it's $11.60, thats 50%.. ".. CNQ, TOU & the juniors are all soaring to multi year highs while this dog languishes.
I hold arc, but it's a total dog.
