RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:This is not a pump and dump but developing real productCan you not SEE what you posted? It clearly states the following "Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) devices on this page are the only devices you may use to conduct alcohol confirmation tests. It says ABSOLUTELY nothing about marijuana breathalyzers or testing. An Alcohol breathalyzer is not a mnarijuana breathalyzer. You would think that's something EASY to understand. Also, it took decades for the Alcohol breathalyzer to get where it is today with its scientific research and globally accepted regulations. A marijuana breathalyzer does not have the scientific wherewithall like an Alcohol breathalyzer. You're comparing apples to oranges. Hence, you're another person who will come to understand things the hard way. The thing about Hound Labs is they are not telling anyone a bunch of nonsense about what their device is meant to do and who it's for. They are simply going about the business of monetizing their Marijuana breathalyzer and leaving all the made up stories to it's fledgling competitors.
Do you also see from what you posted where it says "The following are the only NHTSA approved EBT devices that can be used in the DOT alcohol testing program:"
Here's your answer to that as well.
"1 The HOUND ® MARIJUANA BREATHALYZER is intended to detect recent marijuana use. It does not measure whether, or how much, a person is impaired. It is intended solely for use in law enforcement, employment, and insurance settings. It should not be used for any medical or therapeutic purposes, or for any Federal drug testing programs, such as programs run by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), the Department of Transportation (DOT), and the U.S. military."
What you're not understanding is what you posted falls under FEDERAL JURISDICTION not State and Local jurisdiction. Meaning, it applies only to Federal workers. There's approximately 165 Million people make up the workforce in the USA. Less than 15 Million workers fall under the DOT regulations. That leaves 150 Million people subject to having a marijuana breathalyzer stuck in their mouth.

It's just plain math + facts that equal truth.
