RE:No buyers ,no sellers.. Jerry Zucker fund is most likely logical candidate to take out SXP. Therefore a strategy of showing weakness in share price by manipulation which is quite obvious in such a thinly traded security in order to offer a low buy out price such as $3.40 per share.

There is no rhyme or reason for this blatant mispriced stock.Not sure what is going on behind scenes.Board of directors ,management ,shareholders know SXP is mispriced, but nothing seems to change.
