RE:RE:RE:RE:Nobody gonna mention the 5% share buyback starting the 16th?Brilliant. The only thing I will add is the 5% share buyback is effectivley bringing the distribution back to precovid levels. However, this way they are more flexible - if they slow buybacks the market won't punish them they way it would if they cut distribution. Considering that, I disagree with you that this adds to the likelihood of an increase in the distribution. I actually love this because rather then brining in new money to chase a higher yield, they are rewarding those who hold their units. Big fan of the moves this management team is doing. From building Riverlanding to selling the Bow with a buyback option at half of FMV. These guys are killing it. You would think the market would reward them, but no.. therefore, they are doing it themselves with the free cash flow that would otherwise be paid out via distribution.
