most underwhelming REIT of the year

most underwhelming REIT of the year ERE has been doing everything right, but has generated little interest in the market.  I would like to see Canadian Apartment REIT dividend out some of their ERE shares to increase the float.  The trading volumes border on pathetic most days.  Maybe 2022 will be better.
