RE:RE:RE:Random thoughts - all IMHOi'm here!! stirring up what? I told you i'm 100% sure Chen will announce patent sale...this is all based on my calculation/logical thinking/game theory analysis.
If Chen doesn't announce final deal by ER he will be the dumbest CEO of all time.
My analysis on why:
1. If he walks away it means the other party was successful in destroying our patent rev and 5g phone and patent time value for the full year!!! this is really bad as the sp would have been $20-$30 by now if chen was monitizing the patents.
2. If he says "need more time"he will be the dumbest CEO of all time. There's more risk here because there's no clause in the agreement for the party to BUY. They will keep him stringging along and eventaull BB wil have to fold...so no penalty will be paid.
