When you look at the video I saw posted, you can see the drains in the pans that hold the plants but I don't see any piping so the water must go into the pole and down toward the motor and electrical which can't been seen either.
Is electric hooked up, yes or no? I say no and give reason why and you tell me I'm judging? I don't think power and water are coming soon either, know why? To me, it wouldn't make sense to load the plants until all the towers were tested with power and water first just in case it needed to be worked on. They're clearly not hooked up as far as I can see so what's the answer?
I know, I must be blind right? I see power cables coming out of the concrete but nothing is hooked up!!! Looks like a water line sticking out too but not hooked up!! Where does it drain?
Did Nicky run out of cash before all was hooked up? On Dec. 18/21 it still appears no hookups so why is that? Who installs hundreds of pounds of material onto a moving device prior to making sure it's operational?
