RE:Tax-Loss Selling? Well cash on hand covers debentures, and the common shares are 130 mill. Market cap. In reality Dundee needs to have 200 million in assets somewhere? They are gambling again with unproductive juniors except companies like Atico. Most are just sitting on hopeful assets. Lets talk numbers what's a fair value on their privately held assets (Parq, android, hydrocarbon, DST, Agrimarine, Taurx.)? Then rough in the equities from resources. Is it worth 200 mill. Taurx could be 200 million alone if phase 3 goes. I would like to know what companies like Parq could sell for, with real estate at its highest in Vancouver you would think they would divest in that! They need to get more cash and I'm sure they will, but they stand a better chance buying commons if they can keep it down.
Ill buy more if they hit $1.20 or so. I think DST is going to be the main cash in the future and is under rated. Tailings clean up in the multi million dollar contracts will lift this one into orbit. Why they are so wrapped around gold frustrating for me. If your going to sell one gold asset( DPM) and buy two that makes sense, but they are buying all over the place, Australia, Columbia, Brazil, Newfoundland, Timmins ,very unmanageable. Find two of the best and hone in on them and stay in control. I have a lot of shares in this company, so it bothers me that they don't stay connected to share holders. They want the share price down or else they would disclose real values on assets. They have a plan, and I hope We like it or we are waisting our time and money. When there's a disconnect from the share holders that tells me they are just sitting back collecting wages. If we could get support at 1.80 I would definitely be happier after the years of losses. Cheers to hoping Jonathan can put this stock on the radar again!!
