Some look at the current, marginal trading price of the shares and think this project will be lucky to get anywhere near double-digits share price in a buyout. What they don't realize is, IF you actually attempted to go out and start acquiring enough shares to where you actually COULD dictate a buyout on your terms, the price would skyrocket to the levels I've been talking about all along.
This is why market cap is so deceiving: it is dictated by the day to day traders flipping shares. If you attempted to buy the company through the process of acquisition the increased demand would then be reflected in the elevated share price indicitive of what a true buyout value is.
