If you do you need to get over yourself and stop acting like some superior know-it-all. My Granddaughters have about 800,shares in their investment accounts , they are 8 and 6 years old .my  2kids have another 5500 shares in both Rrsps and TfSAs, and l the least wealthy of both of them, living retired in the backwoods have 3000 shares divided between a number of registered accounts. Now what does that supposed special dividend do for us , if Yu are right nothing, just discriminatory financial engineering for the wealthy , So climb off that high horse of yours Mr Superior and face ther facts, those not as wealthy as you sometimes invest. What do you think we do , sit around eating pizza , getting drunk or stoned. You make me sick with you with One group only count and screw everybody else attitude
