RE:- Continuous Shorting (Sunnyboy)Sunnyboy I must clarify my last posting. My assessment of NXR underperforming its peer group refered only to the time period stated in my posting( i.e.November 15 to December 29 ). I was following the trendline for NXR during this period in which there was strong selling pressure to the downside. In that same period reits like Dream, Summit and Granite (industrial peers) posted share price increases in the area of 5-7 % while NXR was down 6.3 %.
I apologize as I should have been more clear in illiciting this comparison.
