Always liked the massive land position this company had Then camed the bloated company, declining production, poor asset management, bad balance sheet and brutal costs. Can you believe these guys had over 3000 employees at one point?
now we have a focused company, growing production, falling costs, a fraction of the employees and growing cash flow falling debt and the intrigue of an emerging new (highly profitable) play that has exploded the share price of baytex and headwater.
I own a little BNE too but I am glad the takeover did not go through.
