With a puny market cap, most shareholders underwater, and not a lot of volume in the book in at current trading prices, not sure what you are thinking in terms of "negative activity".

So long as there is life in DEC, especially unreleased drill results, how many people have a material stake in hand worth bothering about?   Clearly the properties justify further drilling, and the option value alone earned by DEC to date should be worth more than the trading price, as a pure spec venture.  

I'm underwater but, meh, let it ride,  The only question in my mind is whether more paper gets PP'd now or later.  

The way things have gone, seems a fair bet that moderately good news and a small price pop will cause a sell off of disgruntled shareholders, it would take some very good results indeed to build upside momentum and interest.  Possible.  One core is all it ever takes.
