Absolutely correct.

If XBC was trading with overall sentiment of the cleantech names its should be trading higher.

With it's superior rev and finanical performance it should be doing relatively better than those other names or the overall industry.

Overall if the industry was down 50% one might expect it to be down only 35%. The difference in valuation IMHO goes back to the actions of those who have a short interest in XEBEC which has depressed the share price and valuation of the company.
