Calculating Your "Cost" on Commons and Warrants"Husky common shareholders received 0.7845 of a Cenovus common share and 0.0651 of a Cenovus common share purchase warrant in exchange for each Husky common share."
Ok, I'm going to take a guess on the calculation/formula, I could be wrong.
Original Cost Of HSE share = (0.7845xCVE Commons) + (0.0651x CVE Warrant)
We know our Original Cost.... Can we figure out our cost on CVE commons and warrants?
Let's say our original cost of HSE shares is $10... then formula is basically this:
$10= 0.7845(x) + 0.0651(y)
What numbers for "x" and "y" solves the equation????
I guess the Answer to this question is in our Jan/2021 statement according to Husky4000 and others who's claiming all these different "Cost"...
Anyways, I believe that's the formula you can use to "Verify" if information (cost) given to you is correct.
All just my opinion/view/thinking.... rambling on and on and on.... it's my way of figuring things out/ discovering things.
