Because of the recent developments, here at Vital Health Supplies, this email is going out to everyone in our database, including those that have placed and received orders, and those that are anxiously waiting to have theirs filled. There is good news on many fronts, that will likely be of interest to most everyone.
GOOD NEWS ITEM #1 - As mentioned in last week's email about receiving a large shipment…..
Today, at 1:30PM, we just received and we have in our warehouse, the first tranche of our major order. The first shipment is 100,000 masks with the ZENGuard+ active Antimicrobial Protection. This first shipment is in Black. The
balance of our order (400,000! Purple masks) is scheduled to arrive late next week. Some of you have opted to receive the Black masks a few weeks back when the supply-chain issue of the Purple dye affected us.
ACTION REQUIRED: If you have not received your order…..Anyone that is willing to switch to the Black mask and prefers not to wait any longer….please indicate in a return email with “BLACK, PLEASE” in the subject line. We will match your name and order accordingly. Those that have already indicated that a switch is acceptable, need not do anything. If you have already indicated a switch to Black, and have changed your mind, please indicate “PURPLE, PLEASE” in the subject line. Orders will begin to be boxed, labeled and processed over the weekend, and you can expect a tracking number to follow in a couple of days. We have over 200 orders to fill, and it is all being done by hand, so please bear with us; it will take a few days to get all of them done.
GOOD NEWS ITEM #2 - With the incredible growth of Vital Health Supplies, in just a few short months, we have decided it necessary to engage the services of a Fulfillment Centre to handle the increase in volume. What does that mean to you as a customer? Everyday at 9:00 AM ET all orders in the system from our website will be processed and shipped THAT SAME DAY. Orders that are placed after that 9:00AM ET deadline will be processed the next day at 9:00AM. (For those that are considering re-ordering, no more waiting several weeks or months!) This welcomed service is not cheap and may cause us to raise our prices by one or two cents per mask, but, I’m sure you’ll agree, it will be worth it. However, for the next 30 - 60 days, we will absorb that extra expense, while we analyze this. This service will commence on or about January 18th/2022.
NEWS ITEM # 3 - Yesterday, January 6th/2022, I was informed that a decision was made that due to overwhelming demand for the Medical/Surgical masks, that the Infection Control masks will not be made available. That leaves those that have not switched already, (and many have) to decide…Black Medical/Surgical mask or the Purple Medical/Surgical mask.
ACTION REQUIRED: Those folks that had the Infection Control mask on order, and wish to replace that with the Black mask,
please indicate in a return email with “BLACK, PLEASE” in the subject line. Those that want the Purple mask, please indicate “PURPLE, PLEASE” in the subject line of a return email.
GOOD NEWS ITEM # 4 - (Teaser) Based on the overwhelming feedback and testimonials we received from our customers, we proudly shared with a couple of institutions. You can expect a major announcement in the next little while, that will highlight that Vital Health Supplies has forged an agreement with an internationally known company that is at the forefront of Health and Safety. (There may even be two announcements.)
We have come a long way in a short time…we are now a Team of seven incredible talented and all-around good people, that have joined Vital Health Supplies.
It is the patience and generosity of you, our customers, that is allowing us to grow….many of the people that had ordered larger quantities of masks allowed their order to be partially filled, so we could get masks into the hands of others that were waiting...Rick, John, Murray, James, Alex….thank you!
We are taking the approach that Volume, Volume, Volume is the key to our success.
(I’m pretty sure this approach will resonate well with Zentek, also!)
