RE:RE:Fair value of DSV is CAD 28.74 as per SimplyWallStI can't see silver rising with the ongoing manipultion of the Central banks.Especially JP Morgan.I don't see anything that suggests they will stop rigging the metals market.No government agency,such as the SEC,has shown the slightest interest in stopping their felonious actions.
