RE:RE:RE:Could HappenYepiree, Hedge. Among tech titans all's fair in love and patents war aka engaging in safe yet impersonal sex with the enemy. In this instance, Zuckerberg can hang 10 on his Hawaiian Island smirking over having ripped off BlackBerry for as long as he did. I don't think FB would want to be sued twice or face being shutdown. The public perception isn't exactly stellar these days. As for Chen, I don't see him working out the 11/'23 package he did without being reasonably certain of achieving it. I also don't see his comment about the analysts not understanding patent value and then reiterating being undervalued on CNBC just last week. Seems like an awfully smug move for an ultra conservative old-school techie. Mattias also struck me as really upbeat. He's BB's next CEO without a doubt and best 2nd language English speaker I've ever heard. And then there's the G man... he's got that frontroom/backroom USA back-patting suave thing. Can practically smell the Vitalis. Guys like him won't be around a couple generations from now, but he may be just right for right now. Mattias in my opinion was way better than any of the goofballs from the Mercedes video. Cool concept car, but I've never seen so many executives whose words and non verbals didn't mesh. Reminded me of Dukakis' '88 presidential run.
