China zero-colid policy uncertaintyAs I alluded to in a post the other day responding to Luvto.........I think we are in for a interesting and volatile winter. I do not believe Chinas lock downs (procedures will handle the increased transmissability of Omicron.) They have held things in check thus far but I think we are starting to see cracks.
So far Smelter shutdowns and energy issues have helped as ..ie (zinc price).
Depending on if Omicron gets out of control in china in certain areas.....we could be helped further or hurt by it.
One things for sure....If China loses control of the omicron variant.....the resulting disruption in shipping, transportation logists will be quite profound.
