Until the distribution is increased, short sellers can hedge their position by buying the debenture to offset.  The interest income covers the distribution and their worst case is the $7.80 conversion price.  Anyway, we need a catalyst....to get the shorts to close....and analysts see the value.

Obviously short seller smell trouble.....UNLESS, the numbers being reported short is outright wrong!  It is odd that they refinanced the debenture at a higher rate, while mortgages were refinanced at a LOWER rate all year.

I have a ton of this and I am waaay underwater here.  (Screwed up....for now)
