Thody holds a ton of shares because he has been around for a loooooong time. He was on the PSM board and had a done of cheap PSM shares which were converted to UEX shares for nothing. He then bought a ton of UEX shares when they were cheap. Use SEDI to loock back at his history to about 1996.

Don't get me wrong, I like Thody, but there is a simple reason he owns a lot of shares. Just as Sorensen had a lot of UEX shares. Roger and the current management are recent additions to UEX and they did not have a chance to stock up at $0.10.
