Nope...big institutional buyers are, in general, very restricted in their choices, both by mandate, and because they rarely like to 'take chances' ....except where others of their field are taking the same chances, sort of, an approved gamble/long shot. Few step off the beaten path, and for a penny stock on junior exchange....almost never...take a brave money manager who is very sure of the investment to do that.....
