Since this brd seems to talk about all, hypotheticals,.....

Since this brd seems to talk about all, hypotheticals,..... Does anyone know what happens to our shares and voting rights if shares are delisted,  Should the company have a succesfull bidder and that there is a little left for us share holders, do we get the distrubution eventhough we are delisted?
I guess we might have some answers after the bell, but in the meantime I would appreciate a response to my question.
