The Stoughton Abitibi property is located approximately 110 kilometers east of Timmins and 50 kilometers northeast of Kirkland Lake.

First our voting rights are with the court which will either allow silver lake to take possession or if an auction whatever surplus over the Silver Lake stalking horse valuation is bid.

second if there is surplace cash from the winning bid, that amount will be distributed pro rata per share
