It's not a negligible amount. I bought on the same day as well.

People in the know are confident about the company and their prospects.

one thing with trading is buying the rumour and selling the news. If you wait for q4 results for the increase you are anticipating you might be missing out on BIG gains. I'm comfortable with the risk in my portfolio and buying alongside the NCIB and insiders.
