Poison Pill....???

Poison Pill....???...A few good points you mentioned this morning about the Poison Pill option Marf  , so I decided to look into it further.  I think I mentioned the 500 million Shelf Prospectus does kind of look like a Protection Mechanism a few months ago.  Another point mentioned if you google Poison Pill, is that there could be a desire to replace old management and not have to take over and retain same.  Not sure if you have been keeping track (I know you have :) , but Greg Engel seems to have been booted very early on.  There have been several more, ie Matt Rogers, Ray Gracewood, Amy Schwalm to name a few who have parted ways since the BAT investment.  One just needs to look at the public Sedi.ca reports to see.  So in terms of %holdings of Foreign Investment, there are probably many ways to skin that cat.  And interestingly,  Dimensional Fund Advisors  (as you can clearly see if you click on the OWNERSHIP BOX right here on Stockhouse) have recently shown 1773% increase in their holdings of Organigram.  Six months ago they had $50 Million worth of shares of BAT, although they recently reduced them by 15%. So BAT share price just rose about $10 bucks in the last few months, and OGI just about halved their share price.  Something definitely does seem amiss!
