todayI realize things could ramble either way, but point out the possibility we could have a Doji today. Gsi has opened into new low ground this AM. If there were a rebound throughout the day, it could easily finish above last night's close. That would satisfy all the criteria.  

Just to remind you, a Doji is a strong technical indicator suggesting a reversal in trend.
