Royal Helium Ltd. V.RHC

Alternate Symbol(s):  RHCCF | V.RHC.WT.A | V.RHC.WT.B

Royal Helium Ltd. is a Canada-based company, with a primary focus on the production and development of helium and associated gases and is currently producing helium from its Steveville project in Southern Alberta. Its helium reservoir at Steveville is carried primarily with nitrogen. Nitrogen is not a greenhouse gas (GHG) and therefore have a low GHG footprint when compared to plants in other jurisdictions that rely on large scale natural gas production for helium extraction.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Dip

RE:RE:RE:RE:DipMargin321, I think RHC will eventually have the wells to produce Helium on a commericial bases. It takes a significant amount of time to reach that point and remember that in many ways they are beginners. They're also relying on petroleum drillers to successfully drill for them in a relatively new area of Helium discovery and setting up the structure for the balance of the system to produce Helium in commerical quantities. They will eventually get there, it will likely take diluting the shares with further share issues to raise the capital as they move onward to production, it may mean that someone else might take them over before they ever get to production ( and if that happens at that stage it likely won't be accretive to the shareholders). So folks don't get excited, we've got a long ways to go with all the ups and downs that the road ahead has. But if you can hang in there for the whole trip there's a chance of a nice reward at the end.
