Right, you don't do a shelf prospectus for a short term need. This is in place so that they can quickly move on something at the right time. Not today, or maybe even this quarter - and probably not until there is significant recovery in the share price.

In the meantime I expect we will see more deals like the one announced this month - growing the business and continuing the successful growth story.
