RE:RE:Global NewsWe will find out shortly what a fed rate up or down does to bombardier sp. Canadian rate news didn't do much for sp. Interestingly its the US intersest rate that is also tied to fixed mortgage rates in Canada. Interestingly housing affordable/financing in Canada is influenced by foreign interest rate.
