i have a friend that owns a very very busy pizza restaurant. If he did half the volume he currently does, it would still be far more than most pizza places out there. It's very profitable, but if he did half the volume, he would not be profitable because of a lot of the overhead he has. However, most any other pizza place in the world would be extemely profitable if they did half his volume.
There's a mantra in business, volume cures most ills. I suspect as our volume ramps, the negative number on the p&l will disappear and start to grow "hugely" (borrowed a word from whats his name, our former president).
